Ancient of Days
Or from Soweto to the Wilderness
A conversation with Ke-tu-rah Dhlamini-Kush
Shabbat, 14 March @ 12.00
Ke-tu-rah Dhlamini will talk about dealing with repression, and how past and current systems still repress Indigenous people. Her history has been hugely impacted by race, fighting and war, which has led her to contest a fierce and brutal system. It has forced her to question the power of political and economic control, the influence of skin colour, the building of narratives and concepts of persecution and respect. She will talk about her journey around the globe in search of her truth –which she finally found in Africa.
Ke-tu-rah is a writer, political scientist, researcher, and historian.
