Saturday 24 September – No Cheder; 08.45 Torah Breakfast; 10.00 Shabbat Morning Service followed by a b’rachah (This will be the last service in the old sanctuary); 10.00 Children’s Service and Activities with Kendyll

Clean-up of the Children’s Section at West Park Jewish Cemetery: Once again it is time to pay our respects to the children buried at West Park Cemetery by cleaning the area in which they are buried. This is a great mitzvah and everyone who participates is moved – not only by the visible difference but by the number of people who stop to find out what we are doing and express their gratitude. Meet at the steps outside the Ohel at 10 am on Sunday 25 September – bring gloves, gardening equipment (such as a rake, small fork or spade), hat and water – it gets hot!  We hope to see lots of you there – it’s 2 hours of your time doing something that makes a huge difference.
