Women’s Day of Prayer
Tomorrow, Friday 4 March, at the Erev Shabbat service and on Saturday 5 March, we will join women of faith around the world who will unite in prayer. The service will focus on the women of the community and we hope to see all of you on this special occasion. There will be a brocha after both services. Please invite your friends to come along too!
Thursday 03 March – 18.00-19.30 “The Prayers of our Siddur”– class with Rabbi Schell (Foyer)
Friday 04 March – 18.00 Kabbalat Shabbat Service led by women of our congregation in honour of International Women’s Day; 18.00 Youth Activities with Kendyll (Youth Centre). Service is followed by a l’chaim sponsored by Aldridge and Pamela Simwawa in honour of Moshe’s 8th birthday on 04 March; Shabbat chocolates sponsored by the Simwawa Family in Moshe’s honour
Saturday 05 March – 08.30 Religion School; 08.45 Torah Breakfast with Rabbi Schell; 10.00 Shabbat Morning Service includes the Aufruf of Carla Drieband and Dean MacDonald, followed by a b’rachah to celebrate their upcoming marriage, sponsored by Carla and Dean; 10.00 Children’s Service and Activities with Kendyll (Youth Centre/Garden) [Rabbi Margolis at Bet Menorah Pretoria]

YOUTH ACTIVITIES AND SHABBAT SERVICES
Bet David’s Kids Club this Friday at 18.00 to 19.00. Age group 3 to 10. Bring your friends! Join Kendyll on Shabbat morning for her children’s service from 10.00 to 11.00 followed by fun children’s activities till 12.00. Come along and learn about Shabbat – make an exciting Shabbat candle picture and decorate your own kiddush cup.

Kids Club Sleepover Saturday 12 March (after shul) to Sunday 13 March (midday).
