DAY OF COMMEMORATION/YOM HASHOAH: 23 APRIL 2017

Yom Hashoah this year will be held in 2 parts.  The first part, `Reflections’ will include an extract from the play `Boys from the Ashes’, the King David Victory Park Choir and a performance of Eli Eli by Debbie Joffe.

The second part, `Memories’ will include a testimony by Holocaust Survivor, Don Krausz, who was born in the Netherlands and at age 14 he was sent to Ravensbruck and then to Sachsenhausen.  As the Russians approached, he was forced to participate in the horrific `Death March’. Don has devoted his life to sharing his story with school groups.
